Short Description: Poorly suited as a miner maybe, but he considered being a dentist.

The lantern is from a farm in Saskatchewan. A flickering LED flame now lights the figure. The hollowed out log washed ashore during a storm on Lake Cowichan. It rolled around for several weeks, excavating the beach. I brought it home and studied it, wanting to make the most of its remaining branches.
